Shipping & Delivery — Exotic Imports (Perth WA)

1. Delivery Coverage

Bamboo Fencing & Screening

Pickup or local delivery throughout the Perth metropolitan area.

Regional WA customers: We do not provide freight quotes for regional Western Australia. Product dimensions and specifications can be provided for you to arrange your own local freight carrier.

Marble & Riverstone Basins

Australia-wide delivery available.

Flat-rate freight of $65 including GST applies to most basin models under 30kg delivered to metro areas of Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Canberra and Newcastle.

Perth customers may also collect in-store.

2. Local Delivery – Bamboo Fencing (Perth Metro)

Delivery charges are calculated by distance from our Osborne Park warehouse.

Maximum 35 panels per delivery.

Orders exceeding 35 panels may require multiple deliveries or a custom freight quote.

Most local deliveries are completed within 1–3 business days. We will contact you to confirm delivery arrangements.

Saturday: 9:00am – 1:00pm

Other times by prior arrangement.

You will receive confirmation once your order is ready for collection.

4. Basin Freight – Australia Wide

Natural stone basins are shipped via insured road freight.

Flat Rate Freight

$65 including GST per basin for metro delivery to:

  • Sydney

  • Melbourne

  • Brisbane

  • Adelaide

  • Canberra

  • Newcastle

This applies to basin models weighing less than 30kg.

Heavy Basins (30kg and Over)

Basins weighing 30kg or more require specialised freight handling and are quoted individually.

For heavier items, delivery to a commercial address can often reduce freight costs.

Regional Areas

Freight quotes are required for:

  • Regional Western Australia

  • Regional New South Wales

  • Regional Victoria

  • Regional Queensland

  • Tasmania

  • Northern Territory

Please contact us prior to ordering for a freight quote.

Delivery Notes

  • Freight insurance is included.

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.

  • For heavier items, unloading assistance may be required.

  • Advise us at the time of ordering if there are access restrictions.

  • Authority To Leave (ATL) must be requested when placing the order.

  • Redelivery charges may apply if delivery cannot be completed.

  • Inspect all goods upon arrival and notify us of any damage within 24 hours.

5. Delivery Terms

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to freight network delays.

  • A valid delivery address, contact name, phone number and email address are required.

  • We do not deliver to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, international destinations or offshore territories.

  • Freight charges are subject to change without notice.
