Shipping & Delivery — Exotic Imports (Perth WA)
Updated October 2026
1. Delivery Coverage
Bamboo Fencing & Screening
Pickup or local delivery throughout the Perth metropolitan area.
Regional WA delivery: We’re happy to help you arrange freight to your town. Use our Bamboo Fence Freight Calculator to find the pallet size and weight, then contact your local freight carrier for a quote and to book collection. We’ll securely pack and wrap your bamboo fence panels on a pallet, ready for your carrier to collect from our Osborne Park warehouse.
Marble & Riverstone Basins
$65 including GST per eligible basin is available to selected postcodes in Perth, Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Adelaide. The rate applies to eligible variants weighing less than 30 kg including the box and packing. Checkout confirms eligibility for your selected basin and delivery postcode.
Rockingham, Mandurah and Lancelin are outside the $65 service. Other excluded postcodes, heavier basins and mixed basin/bamboo orders require a freight quote before ordering. In-store pickup remains available.
If checkout says shipping is unavailable, call or text 0448 483 682 or request a basin freight quote.

See your basin before you buy
Every natural stone basin is unique. You're welcome to request photographs of available stock before purchasing, with no charge or obligation to buy.
Email exoticimports777@gmail.com with the basin code, model, size and colour you're interested in.
Once you've confirmed your chosen basin and we've confirmed availability and delivery costs, we'll email you a Shopify invoice with a secure payment link. Your order will be for the individual basin you selected.
Please remember that lighting and screens can affect how colours appear in photographs.
For photo-selected orders, dispatch is arranged after selection is confirmed and payment is received.
Basin change-of-mind returns: Request a return within 14 days of delivery or collection. A 20% restocking fee applies; original delivery charges are non-refundable and return freight is at your expense. Condition and reusable-packaging requirements apply. Read the full basin returns policy. Your Australian Consumer Law rights are unaffected.
$65 Per Eligible Basin — Selected City Postcodes
$65 including GST per basin applies to eligible variants weighing less than 30 kg including the box and packing, delivered to selected postcodes in Perth, Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Adelaide. It does not cover every postcode in these cities or every postcode in a TNT freight zone. Checkout confirms eligibility for the selected basin, quantity and address.
The charge is per basin: one eligible basin costs $65 to deliver, two cost $130, and three cost $195. Freight insurance is included.
When to Request a Freight Quote
- Rockingham, Mandurah, Lancelin and other postcodes outside the selected city service areas.
- Regional or remote areas, Tasmania, the Northern Territory and other destinations where the $65 service is not shown at checkout.
- Basins weighing 30 kg or more including the box and packing, or variants not eligible for the fixed rate.
- Orders combining basins with bamboo fencing or other products, or larger orders where checkout cannot provide a rate.
“Shipping not available” does not necessarily mean we cannot arrange basin delivery. Please contact us for a freight quote before placing the order. Do not select pickup unless you intend to collect the goods.
Call or text 0448 483 682, email exoticimports777@gmail.com, or use our contact form. Include the basin code, model, size and colour you're interested in. For a freight quote, also include the quantity, delivery suburb and postcode, and whether the address is residential or commercial. Please mention access or unloading restrictions.
Perth Collection
Customers may collect their basins from our Osborne Park warehouse. Bamboo Local Delivery is a separate service and is not offered for basin orders.
