1. Delivery coverage
Bamboo fencing: Pickup or local delivery in the Perth metro area. Regional WA customers can request a delivery quote, or we can provide freight specs for you to arrange your own carrier.
Marble & Riverstone basins: Pickup or local delivery (Perth metro). Regional WA and interstate customers can request a heavy-freight quote.
2. Local delivery — Bamboo Fencing (Perth metro)
Delivery is tiered by distance from our Osborne Park warehouse. Enter your address in the cart or at checkout to view the exact charge.

- Maximum of 35 panels per delivery. Orders over 35 panels require a second delivery or a custom freight quote.
- Local deliveries are usually fulfilled within 1–3 business days. We will contact you to confirm your delivery window.
3. In-store pickup — Fencing & Basins
Pickup address:

Pickup hours:
Monday: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Other times by prior arrangement
We’ll email you when your order is ready (typically within 24 hours of purchase).
4. Heavy & fragile goods — Basins (32 kg and above)
Natural stone basins weighing 32 kg and over are classified as heavy/fragile. When freight is arranged, customers are responsible for:
- Delivery insurance
- Unloading assistance at the destination (especially where no tail-lift is available)
- Ensuring safe and accessible delivery access for large/heavy goods
5. Delivery terms & restrictions
- Timeframes are estimates and may vary due to freight delays or regional access.
- A contact name, phone, email and delivery address are required at checkout.
- Authority to Leave must be specified if no one will be present.
- Redelivery fees may apply if the first attempt fails.
- Please inspect goods on arrival and report any damage within 24 hours.
- We do not ship to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, international addresses, or remote offshore territories.
